Schedule Appointment

To schedule an appointment with an international advisor, DSO, please click the button below or call the International Office at (512) 245-7966. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Have a quick question? Many general questions can be answered by the well-trained Front Desk Staff. If you are not sure if you need an appointment, call the International Office and ask (512) 245-7966! 

No Show Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. 

OPT Appointments (Applying for OPT)

You MUST CALL to schedule an OPT Appointment when applying for OPT. If you schedule an appointment online to apply for OPT the appointment will be canceled. Please make sure you review the following information before you call to schedule an appointment: OPT APPOINTMENT.

Walk-In Appointments

Walk-in appointments are on a first come first serve basis. Walk-in advising does not replace regular schedule appointments. If a walk-in appointment takes longer than 15-20 minutes, the student will be asked to schedule a follow-up appointment. All walk-ins are from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
