I-94 Form
Form I-94
Every foreign student, upon each arrival to the US, has to fill in an I-94 form. A sample of the form is shown in the image below. The Form I-94 holds important information about you such as your name, the class of admission, the date of your admittance and the authorized period of stay. It is extremely important that you fill out this form accurately.
