Correcting I-94 errors

Steps for correcting I-94 errors:

  • ·         Contact nearest Port of Entry & make an appointment
  • ·         Call before 12 pm because appointments fill up quickly
  • ·         Bring passport, visa & I-20 and current I-94
  • ·         Bring proof of current class enrollment (copy of unofficial transcript or class schedule)
  • ·         Bring a “continued” attendance I-20
